Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with inquiries related to their accounts, billing, insurance information, and reimbursements
  • Manage high-volume patient inquiries regarding bills
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Update patient files with necessary information
  • Ensure first call resolution for applicable calls
  • Participate in required trainings and in-services

Required Qualifications

  • Medical billing knowledge or experience
  • Strong medical call center experience
  • Healthcare or call center experience
  • Solid communication skills
  • Organization skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of back-end billing (EOB and Denials)
