Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate deals
Facilitate sourcing events
Provide analytical support for assigned categories
Champion third party risk management compliance
Lead supplier onboarding and offboarding activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for contract alignment
Develop and execute supplier negotiation strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years procurement, sourcing and negotiation experience
Preferred Qualifications
B.S. in business or related fields
Experience in financial or insurance industry
Experience in working on complex sourcing projects
Experience creating and leading RFI/RFX sourcing activities
Understanding of supplier management activities including performance management
Experience in negotiating agreements and managing complex vendor/client relationships
Strong influencing skills
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Project management and leadership skills
