Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate deals
  • Facilitate sourcing events
  • Provide analytical support for assigned categories
  • Champion third party risk management compliance
  • Lead supplier onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for contract alignment
  • Develop and execute supplier negotiation strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years procurement, sourcing and negotiation experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.S. in business or related fields
  • Experience in financial or insurance industry
  • Experience in working on complex sourcing projects
  • Experience creating and leading RFI/RFX sourcing activities
  • Understanding of supplier management activities including performance management
  • Experience in negotiating agreements and managing complex vendor/client relationships
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management and leadership skills
