Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service and quality home health care
  • Manage coordination of client services and scheduling issues
  • Manage and grow caseload
  • Build relationships with clients, referral sources, and community organizations
  • Maintain effective fiscal management of caseload
  • Support field employees in partnership with Client Services Managers and Clinical Managers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in healthcare
  • Strong computer skills (electronic medical record)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS
  • Prior medical office or home health care experience
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement
  • Ambition to grow and advance
