Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service and quality home health care
Manage coordination of client services and scheduling issues
Manage and grow caseload
Build relationships with clients, referral sources, and community organizations
Maintain effective fiscal management of caseload
Support field employees in partnership with Client Services Managers and Clinical Managers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in healthcare
Strong computer skills (electronic medical record)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS
Prior medical office or home health care experience
Prior supervisory experience
Demonstrated record of goal achievement
