Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Fulfill customer orders, merchandising, and processing new products
Lead colleagues in the execution of assigned tasks
Role model and provide feedback on customer experience
Ensure high-level customer service through problem-solving
Enhance the in-store experience by promoting the Macy's mobile app
Meet with People Leaders to plan store activities
Provide continuous feedback to improve customer experience
Perform store opening and closing procedures
Lead adherence to merchandise standards
Educate colleagues on point of sale technology
Required Qualifications
Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficient in communicating effectively with customers
Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations
Resourceful and able to adapt to changing priorities
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of direct retail experience
