Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill customer orders, merchandising, and processing new products
  • Lead colleagues in the execution of assigned tasks
  • Role model and provide feedback on customer experience
  • Ensure high-level customer service through problem-solving
  • Enhance the in-store experience by promoting the Macy's mobile app
  • Meet with People Leaders to plan store activities
  • Provide continuous feedback to improve customer experience
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures
  • Lead adherence to merchandise standards
  • Educate colleagues on point of sale technology

Required Qualifications

  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in communicating effectively with customers
  • Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations
  • Resourceful and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of direct retail experience
