Job Description

Join Sanofi as an Associate Director of Patient Marketing, where you'll lead innovative strategies to enhance patient engagement and education in oncology. This role focuses on creating personalized experiences and impactful interactions that drive patient support and align with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive patient engagement strategy and plan
  • Lead all patient education initiatives related to Sarclisa
  • Leverage patient insights for engagement tactics
  • Collaborate with Patient Support Services for alignment
  • Develop clear and empathetic messaging for patients
  • Design and deploy a strategic content plan
  • Oversee patient-facing product websites and apps
  • Lead patient ambassador programming and events
  • Monitor engagement and performance metrics
  • Adjust content and channel approaches based on performance data
  • Integrate support offerings with PSS and PAPA teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Marketing experience required
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills
  • Proven success in customer-centric marketing strategy development
  • Ability to travel up to 33%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in business or life sciences preferred
  • Oncology experience preferred
