LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Required:
· Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma (or compact license).;;
· Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.;;
Preferred/Required within timeframe after hire:
· TNCC and ENPC certifications.;;
· Prior experience in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, or high-acuity settings.;;
· Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills.;;
· Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.;;
· Excellent communication and teamwork ability.;;
· Competency in trauma care, cardiac care, and stabilizing critically ill patients.;;
· Ability to remain calm and focused during high-stress situations.;;
· Fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department with 36 beds.
· Frequent exposure to trauma and critical illness.
· Requires standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
· Collaboration with a diverse healthcare team and EMS partners serving the Lawton community and surrounding areas.
