Key Responsibilities

Provide tax advice and full-service business return preparation
Interact with customers via video communications software
Create high-quality customer interactions and experiences
Utilize government websites and professional resources to assist customers
Document customer interactions
Work towards meeting company performance metrics

Required Qualifications

3+ years of business tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws
Experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Must possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Proficient with technology and computer operations
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Must reside in the United States
