Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse
Document outcomes related to resident care and medication administration
Assist residents with daily living activities and basic health care needs
Communicate changes in resident condition to the charge nurse
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18 preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in applicable states
Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
Maintains required certifications and continuing education
