Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care to clients under supervision of a licensed nurse
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Document client care and communicate changes in client condition
Support clients in meeting their physical, cognitive, spiritual, emotional, and social needs
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 16
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
Certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry (if applicable)
