Job Description
Join Arrow Senior Living as a Part-Time Server and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our residents. You'll be responsible for preparing dining areas, serving meals, and ensuring a clean environment while enjoying the benefits of a supportive team and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Greet residents and create a welcoming environment
Prepare tables and food items for service
Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
Positive and energetic attitude
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
Ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls
Must be criminally cleared
