Join The Laurels of Kettering as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), where you will lead a skilled nursing community, ensuring profitability and high-quality care. This role involves setting financial goals, managing staff, and implementing policies to enhance resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility
Conduct annual evaluation of goal achievement
Provide input into the annual operating budget
Monitor monthly performance in relation to the budget
Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff
Interpret and assure implementation of company policies
Ensure the highest quality of care is provided at all times
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Current administrator’s license in the state
At least three years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or sub-acute care facility
