Job Description

Join The Laurels of Kettering as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), where you will lead a skilled nursing community, ensuring profitability and high-quality care. This role involves setting financial goals, managing staff, and implementing policies to enhance resident care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility
  • Conduct annual evaluation of goal achievement
  • Provide input into the annual operating budget
  • Monitor monthly performance in relation to the budget
  • Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff
  • Interpret and assure implementation of company policies
  • Ensure the highest quality of care is provided at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Current administrator’s license in the state
  • At least three years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or sub-acute care facility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
