Key Responsibilities
Drive new revenue from customers in public sector and commercial market
Build territory strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects based on size and potential
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with customers
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Ensure smooth transition to account management upon customer commitment
Meet and exceed sales quotas and key metrics
Maintain accurate CRM records
Continuously seek improvement and apply coaching
Build trust and lead by example within the team
Drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
5+ years sales experience with at least 6 months in the public sector
Ability to cover Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas
Approximately 50% travel required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven business development experience
