Production Worker

Our client, a leader in the home building industry, is seeking severalGeneral Laborers to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of a dedicated workforce supporting the operations in the workyard. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to stay organized, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: General Laborers

Location: Athens, NY

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

Shift:Monday-Friday- 6:30am-5:00pm- Will work 4 of the 5 days /wk-
No Weekends!

What's the Job?

• Manually take productoff of pallets that can range from 8ft-20ft long and restack them according to client specifications.
• Work as a team to remove productfrom delivery stacks, count them based on order specifications, and restack them for repackaging.
• Count items from deliveries to ensure that all product was received in the delivery- good attention to detail is a must.
• Unload product from trucks and restack them without the need for forklift or pallet jack operation.
• Lift materials in groups of 2, ensuring safety and comfort while being on your feet for the entire shift.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs comfortably.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
