Job Description
Join Arbors at Woodsfield as a Staff Development Coordinator RN, where you'll lead the Staff Development Program, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee training. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment focused on growth and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and coordinate the center Staff Development Program
Ensure compliance training and education for employees
Monitor employee performance for compliance issues
Develop and conduct orientation programs for new employees
Manage Employee Health program
Provide hands-on clinical orientation and instruction
Assess resident needs and design training programs
Ensure clinical competency of nursing staff
Assist in department budget preparation
Conduct OSHA/Risk Management program oversight
Plan and conduct required in-service programs
Required Qualifications
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Licensed as a RN required
Valid CPR teaching certificate (if applicable)
Current with state Continuing Education (CE) Requirements
Three years of nursing experience, including one year in long-term care
Preferred Qualifications
BS degree preferred
One year of experience as an instructor preferred
