Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team
  • Schedule appointments and present Quill values to customers
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Improve through coaching and peer learning
  • Positively impact team culture and collaboration

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Ability to travel within territory, approximately 50% travel
  • Remote role covering Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
