Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team
Schedule appointments and present Quill values to customers
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
Ensure smooth transition to account management team
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate CRM records
Improve through coaching and peer learning
Positively impact team culture and collaboration
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Ability to travel within territory, approximately 50% travel
Remote role covering Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
