Key Responsibilities
Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift
Monitor the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other patient care elements
Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
Provide education to staff, residents, and their families
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by nursing management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Active, unencumbered RN Registered Nurse license in Connecticut
Minimum one year skilled nursing/long term care experience
