Local Contract Nurse RN - Med Surg - $29-42 per Hour

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg for a local contract nursing job in Mauston, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

Schedule: Full Time, 72 hours per pay period, 12 hour shifts per week

Job Description:

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to patients on a fast-paced Med Surg unit.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to facility policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg experience preferred
• Current BLS , ACLS , and PALS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
