Key Responsibilities
Supervise assigned Case Managers, Coordinators, and Case Management Associates
Develop and implement operational plans for case management
Ensure timely provision of coordinated patient care
Manage staffing resources, policies, and quality improvement activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
3 years of discharge planning and case management in an acute care setting
3 years of experience working with diverse patient populations
Experience with substance abuse patients and knowledge of medication-assisted treatment programs
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing or Community Health
Coursework/Training in Crucial Accountability Training
Coursework/Training in Emotional Intelligence Training
Supervisor or lead experience
