Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and supervise food production activities
  • Assume responsibilities of Executive Chef in their absence
  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain food storage standards
  • Conduct inventories and monitor material consumption
  • Participate in the development of food products and menus
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Guide, motivate, and develop subordinate employees
  • Implement and control cost budgets

Required Qualifications

  • Culinary Education or Equivalent Experience
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Experience managing large-scale food prep
  • Skilled in managing food costs and inventory planning
  • High standards for food presentation and cleanliness
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using kitchen technology and basic Microsoft Office tools
