Key Responsibilities
Foster a high-engagement culture focused on employee relations and talent development
Provide advisory and consultative services on HR-related issues
Oversee employee relations investigations
Develop and lead overall people and talent strategy
Lead talent initiatives around performance management and succession planning
Collaborate with leaders on organizational design
Advocate for and promote a culture of inclusion

Utilize people data for actionable insights
Coordinate leadership decisions and people strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2-4 years of exempt level progressive human resource management experience (HRM I)
4-8+ years exempt level progressive human resource management experience (HRM II) with extensive employee relations experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
SHRM-SP or SPHR certification
Broad HR background/experience in organization change and effectiveness
Strong business acumen
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
