Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2-4 years of exempt level progressive human resource management experience (HRM I)
  • 4-8+ years exempt level progressive human resource management experience (HRM II) with extensive employee relations experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • SHRM-SP or SPHR certification
  • Broad HR background/experience in organization change and effectiveness
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
