Job Description
Join Live Oak Mental Health and Wellness Center as an Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse - RN and make a significant impact on the lives of young patients. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment, ensuring positive outcomes for those in need of psychiatric treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting any changes.
Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers.
Document the administration of care in the patient medical record timely and thoroughly.
Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate their needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to customize and deliver patient treatment plans.
Serve as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Registered Nurse Diploma
Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date)
