Key Responsibilities
Coach Agents/Representatives to improve knowledge and skills
Support training initiatives and strategy
Drive high-performance sales and compliance standards
Monitor agents via Live listen and provide feedback
Complete daily call reviews and coaching
Required Qualifications
Health Insurance License
Previous call center experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
College degree
Experience as a mentor, trainer, or acting supervisor
Working experience with creating or compiling reports
Experienced with Microsoft Office Products
