Key Responsibilities
Assigns, directs, educates and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift
Assesses daily patient care needs and develops patient care assignments
Collaborates with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes
Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies issues affecting outcomes
Responds to complaints about patient care
May provide input for hiring, training, and evaluating staff
Required Qualifications
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or Compact State
Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification
One year of registered nurse experience
