Job Description
As a Senior Consultant at BCG Platinion, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative digital solutions to clients. You will lead modules in client engagements, helping organizations navigate their digital transformation journeys while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create actionable strategies and drive significant results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end responsibility for individual modules in client engagements
Develop specialized knowledge to solve clients' problems
Create strategies for digital transformation and technology changes
Collaborate with clients and BCG teams to implement recommendations
Facilitate technical and strategic working sessions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics, system engineering, or business management
4+ years of experience in IT consulting, software development, or IT project management
Exceptional learning and ramp-up skills on IT topics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to work creatively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
