Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. Ideal candidates should have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney). This role allows you to work 100% remotely while providing exceptional tax assistance to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
