Join Accel Therapies as an ABA Program Supervisor and play a vital role in overseeing ABA programs for children with autism. You'll collaborate with BCBAs, supervise Behavior Technicians, and foster a supportive environment, making a meaningful impact on clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with BCBAs to design and oversee individualized ABA programs
Monitor and assess client progress, making data-driven adjustments
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
Supervise, train, and coach a team of Behavior Technicians
Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate team meetings
Prepare comprehensive written reports on client progress
Maintain documentation in compliance with standards
Develop engaging activities aligned with client goals
Incorporate creative approaches into programming
Maintain 35 billable hours per week
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field OR in process Master's degree
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ABA therapy
Proven experience in staff supervision and team leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in report writing, data analysis, and documentation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of ethical guidelines and industry standards in ABA therapy
Pass TB test, immunizations, and background check
Preferred Qualifications
