Job Description

As a Territory Sales Executive at Quill, you will drive revenue growth by building customer relationships and implementing strategic sales programs. This remote role focuses on the Philadelphia, PA region, where you will engage with clients, deliver presentations, and represent Quill at events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
  • Schedule appointments and present Quill values to customers
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek continuous improvement and apply coaching
  • Positively impact team culture and work collaboratively

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory (approximately 50% travel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
