Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update staffing needs of patients and families
Coordinate the opening of new patient referrals
Utilize applicant tracking system to engage nurses and care team members
Attract nurses through sourcing, employee referrals, and local job fairs
Ensure nurses' desired hours are met weekly
Work closely with Onboarding Specialist to update nurse credentials
Optimize care coverage for patients and nurses
Handle on-call responsibilities and cover open shifts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years sales or service experience in fast-paced environment
Demonstrated success in building long-term relationships
Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
Results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
