Job Description
Join Love's Travel Stops & Country Store as a General Manager in Training, where you'll lead operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction while growing your career in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Lead a team and manage processes
Execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals
Ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance
Drive sales through inventory management and merchandising
Assist the General Manager with task execution and reporting
Analyze financial statements to capitalize on opportunities
Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition
Required Qualifications
2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million
2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
