Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Apply and/or develop advanced one shot devices technologies
Provide technical oversight to subcontractors
Manage subcontract suppliers
Interface with customers to identify user needs
Technical oversight of power source batteries development programs
Support failure analysis and corrective action
Present design models and supporting analyses/test results to internal and customer review meetings
Support proposals requiring one shots technologies
Oversee fact-finding and contract negotiations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience in fuzing / one shots / engineering technology and/or engineering design
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
MS in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math, or related science degree
Ten or more years of directly related experience in one shot devices and their applications
Directly related experience in one shots subsystems design, development, and test
Experience in working with and managing one shot suppliers
Supplier collaboration experience
Experience in business development and technology road mapping
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
