Key Responsibilities
Familiar with all utility systems and equipment
Knowledge of industrial refrigeration, commercial HVAC equipment, and cold storage blast operations
Ability to operate and run diagnostics checks on various equipment and systems
Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical power transmissions
Understanding of computer management systems and Office products (Excel, Word)
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems and recommending corrective designs
Familiar with machine PM’s and able to work in a cold environment down to -40
Willingness to work at heights up to 36 feet
Train and be certified in Hazmat A Entry
Required Qualifications
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Age 18 or older
Good communication skills (reading, written, and oral)
Excellent work performance
Ability to access a computer from home 24/7
Willingness to work scheduled department hours, weekends, and overtime
Ability to interact effectively with production management, quality assurance, and contractors
Ability to perform the tasks of the job
Ability to work in extreme cold for extended periods of time (<32F to -35F)
Ability to be fitted, wear, and work in a full face respirator
Willingness to obtain RETA CARO and CIRI certifications
