Key Responsibilities
Manage clinical and operational activities of the Stroke and Trauma Program
Provide strategic leadership in stroke and trauma care
Conduct performance evaluations and career development plans for team members
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage accreditation processes
Develop strategies for quality improvement and patient care outcomes
Oversee projects related to stroke and trauma care
Maintain community and professional relationships for program collaboration
Facilitate education programs for staff and community outreach
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS certification upon hire
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate within 90 days of hire
Provider ACLS certification upon hire
Provider PALS certification upon hire
TNCC certification within 6 months of hire
5 years of nursing experience
2 years of Emergency Department experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
1 year of project management experience
