Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical and operational activities of the Stroke and Trauma Program
  • Provide strategic leadership in stroke and trauma care
  • Conduct performance evaluations and career development plans for team members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage accreditation processes
  • Develop strategies for quality improvement and patient care outcomes
  • Oversee projects related to stroke and trauma care
  • Maintain community and professional relationships for program collaboration
  • Facilitate education programs for staff and community outreach

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS certification upon hire
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate within 90 days of hire
  • Provider ACLS certification upon hire
  • Provider PALS certification upon hire
  • TNCC certification within 6 months of hire
  • 5 years of nursing experience
  • 2 years of Emergency Department experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • 1 year of project management experience
