Opportunity:
RN - Acute Care Inpatient
Job Details:
• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Contract begins after 11/8/25
• Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care that adapts to cultural diversity and population specific characteristics
• Partner with patients and significant others through bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient teaching
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication methods and complete timely documentation
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in shared governance activities
• Complete initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Serve as preceptor and mentor for other professional nurses and staff
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in nursing research activities
• Plan for patient care across the care continuum and participate in protocol development
• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact) and BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing from accredited school required
• Less than 1 year experience required with direct patient care experience preferred
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to function in fast-paced environment, and excellent time management skills
