Job Description
Join SAIIA Construction as a Traveling Project Manager, where you will oversee civil and construction projects across various sites. You'll ensure quality and profitability while managing client expectations and coordinating essential project activities. This role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects including change orders and project financials
Coordinate project activities and maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor construction progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Represent the company in meetings and assist in labor negotiations
Prepare and submit necessary project documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent related field
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Hard Dollar, Bid Build, Heavy Build or similar construction estimating software
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera or similar construction scheduling software
Understanding of civil engineering design and construction methods
Knowledge of mass grading, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure requirements
Experience with job costing, scheduling and estimating contract changes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
