Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization
  • Develop and validate EMC and EMI requirements
  • Perform E3 program planning and continuous oversight
  • Conduct trade studies and computational electromagnetic analysis
  • Manage assignments within allocated budgets and schedules
  • Define and conduct tests to validate design performance
  • Oversee supplier electromagnetic testing and compliance
  • Provide engineering solutions throughout product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 9+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 7+ years with a Master's OR 3+ years with a PhD
  • Engineering experience with EMC, EMI, or E3
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

  • S Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Physics
  • Experience with relevant aircraft electromagnetic standards
  • Experience in Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
  • Experience performing computational electromagnetic analysis (FEKO, Cosite, ANSYS, CST)
  • Experience with ESD and lightning testing
  • Certification as TEMPEST Professional (CTP-I or CTP-II)
