Key Responsibilities
Support the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization
Develop and validate EMC and EMI requirements
Perform E3 program planning and continuous oversight
Conduct trade studies and computational electromagnetic analysis
Manage assignments within allocated budgets and schedules
Define and conduct tests to validate design performance
Oversee supplier electromagnetic testing and compliance
Provide engineering solutions throughout product lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
9+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 7+ years with a Master's OR 3+ years with a PhD
Engineering experience with EMC, EMI, or E3
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
S Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Physics
Experience with relevant aircraft electromagnetic standards
Experience in Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
Certification as TEMPEST Professional (CTP-I or CTP-II)
