Job Description
Join Charles Schwab as a Financial Consultant where you'll empower Mass Affluent clients to achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and innovative solutions. Collaborate with a dedicated team to deepen client relationships and drive satisfaction in a supportive culture focused on your development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive engagement and cultivate relationships with Mass Affluent clients
Provide wealth management recommendations and advisory guidance
Engage in client outreach, planning discussions, and virtual presentations
Support client retention and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal specialists to help clients achieve financial goals
Required Qualifications
Active FINRA Series 7 license
Series 66 (63/65) license
Life & Health Insurance license (can be obtained within 120 days of employment)
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of financial experience
Entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality
Polished and persuasive interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new technology and use a variety of data and systems
Open to ongoing coaching and development
Strong time management skills
Learning mentality regarding Schwab products and services
Extensive Schwab network to address client concerns
