Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop individualized treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging
Supervise and mentor RBTs to support high-quality care
Collaborate with families to set goals and track progress
Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
Required Qualifications
BCBA certification
Experience in developing individualized treatment plans
Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in collaborative family engagement
Strong communication skills
