Job Description
Cognizant seeks an experienced Client Relationship Manager in healthcare to lead client account management, enhance service delivery, and drive client satisfaction. This hybrid role offers flexibility while ensuring impactful client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand the client environment, issues, and priorities
Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and extensions
Track healthcare/payer industry trends and provide proactive solutions
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
Be responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
Lead onsite project teams and ensure they understand the client environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years in a client-facing role or account leadership role
Experience engaging with and influencing senior decision-makers
Experience with claims and service center operations
Experience leading diverse teams
Strong experience with the global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology
Strong performance track record in sales and existing business
Ability to navigate large organizations and work in a multifaceted matrix
Ability to conceptualize and present solutions in healthcare/payer domain
Forecasting and P&L management experience
