Key Responsibilities
Perform bench work according to established scratch procedures
Prepare product and form product to specifications as required
Bake prepared product using appropriate time and temperature
Properly insert products into proof box and set controls
Prepare and fry donuts according to established procedures
Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of work
Provide exemplary customer service
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
Accurately record special orders on Bakery products
Understand all ingredients used in manufacturing baked goods
Assist in maintaining bakery backroom, cooler, and freezer efficiency
Required Qualifications
0 to 6 months experience
At least 18 years of age
No High School diploma required
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in Bakery or related industry
