Job Description: The Vendor Outsourcing Associate II will be responsible for supporting various activities and projects within the Vendor Outsourcing organization.
Main responsibilities: • Managing contract lifecycle for following types of contracts:
o Primary Responsibility
§ Clinical Consulting Agreements
§ NAity Agreements (CDAs)
o Secondary Responsibility/Back up Support:
§ Letters of Authorization (LoAs) to authorize work with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
§ Other contracts as identified, as needed
• Facilitate the contract management lifecycle from receipt of request to execution and maintenance of contract, including:
o Drafting and negotiation of contract terms
o Ensuring compliance with Gilead/Vendor Outsourcing process requirements
o Partnering with internal stakeholders, including business compliance, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper facilitation and execution of contract
o Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by providing timely and high-quality contracts
o Timely and accurate tracking, management and filing of contracts within company systems

Candidate Education/Experience Requirements • Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years Industry experience preferred
