Key Responsibilities
Support the contact center by taking incoming calls from current policyholders
Answer billing questions and make policy changes
Provide recommendations and personalized service
Required Qualifications
12+ months of contact center or customer facing service experience
Experience providing outstanding customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Willingness to learn new skills and adjust to changes quickly
Open to feedback for performance and development
Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
An associate’s degree or higher
Active Personal Lines insurance license
