Key Responsibilities

  • Support the contact center by taking incoming calls from current policyholders
  • Answer billing questions and make policy changes
  • Provide recommendations and personalized service

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ months of contact center or customer facing service experience
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adjust to changes quickly
  • Open to feedback for performance and development
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • An associate’s degree or higher
  • Active Personal Lines insurance license
