Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as a Senior Certified Nursing Assistant and make a difference in the lives of seniors by providing compassionate care and support in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, and vital signs
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to charge nurse
Assist with meals and create a positive dining experience
Participate in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate or GED
12 hours of continuing education annually
Restorative Nursing training within 6 months
