Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks)
Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, or damage
Assist with lubrication of chassis, drivetrains, suspensions, and moving parts
Help review and complete repairs from Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment
Follow company and safety protocols at all times
Support diesel mechanics with basic repairs and diagnostics as needed

Required Qualifications

1+ year of lube tech or diesel maintenance experience (or completion of diesel tech program)
Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record
Class B CDL OR ability to obtain if required
Must provide your own basic tools
Ability to follow directions, work safely, and learn quickly
Strong work ethic and team-first attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of truck systems and hydraulics
