Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of functions in the unit
• Assist with admission and discharge processes
• Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality
• Collaborate with management to improve outcomes and service
• Engage in service recovery when necessary
• Support staff scheduling and manage labor according to patient care needs
• Assist with inventory control and managing supplies
