Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Residential Care Location: Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Queens (Multiple Residences) Position Type: Full-Time & Per Diem Opportunities Available Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at our residential locations in Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Queens. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals living in our residences. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of each resident, assess health conditions, administer treatments, and contribute to their overall health and safety. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and mental needs are met. Perform assessments of residents’ health conditions, including monitoring vital signs and medication management. Administer medications, treatments, and assist with personal care as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident. Educate residents and their families on health conditions, medications, and proper care techniques. Document and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Monitor and assess resident progress, and communicate with healthcare providers as necessary. Respond to medical emergencies, providing first aid and emergency care when required. Qualifications: Current and valid RN license in New York State. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a residential or long-term care setting. Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Compassionate and empathetic, with a passion for providing quality care to residents.
