Job Description
Join Sevita as a Program Supervisor and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll oversee care teams, implement service plans, and promote community involvement while developing your supervisory skills.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
Participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight
Supervise a team of Caregivers
Provide support to individuals with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care
Facilitate community involvement through outings
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
One year related work experience
Must be 18 years or older
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
