Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as an Assistant Director and lead a dedicated team in providing vital support to adults with mental illness. You will ensure compliance, oversee clinical and administrative tasks, and foster a collaborative environment to empower residents in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Social Workers, Case Managers, and Case Associates
Ensure programmatic systems meet clients' safety and service needs
Provide ongoing training, supervision, and guidance to staff
Review and evaluate assessments and service plans for compliance
Collaborate with other departments for program needs
Participate in client meetings and case conferences
Document work in EHR system
Conduct apartment administrative walkthroughs
Required Qualifications
LCSW, MSW, or other clinical qualification preferred
Minimum of five (5) years' experience
Prior experience working with adults diagnosed with mental illness
Experience with homelessness and substance abuse history
Preferred Qualifications
MPA, MPH, or related degree
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
