Key Responsibilities
Preparation, labeling, storage, and delivery of all infant feedings in the NICU
Supports healthcare team in preparation, distribution, and inventory control of breastmilk
Works cooperatively with medical team members and patient family members
Performs other duties as necessary for family-focused services
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Certification as a Formula/Human Milk Technician from an accredited program
Demonstrated competence in mathematical skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience working with computers
Previous experience as a milk or pharmacy technician
