Job Description
Join Biolife Plasma Services as a Medical Customer Service/Medical Screener, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring donor safety and providing exceptional customer service. This part-time position involves screening donors, performing phlebotomy, and maintaining accurate records, all while working in a friendly, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
Use Donor Information System and prepare donor charts
Maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation
Identify operational opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs.
1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role
Preferred Qualifications
Fine motor coordination
Depth perception
Ability to hear equipment from a distance
