Seeking an experienced LPN to provide patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, documentation, and coordination of resources for discharge needs.

Requirements:

Current NYS LPN licensure

Graduation from an accredited LPN program

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred

Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, ability to multitask, effective communication, and commitment to patient safety and privacy.

Schedule: Full-time; weekend and shift flexibility required.
